Laser Tag Insurance
Damages are extremely rare but if you are worried about it we can provide insurance to cover most issues. We kindly ask you look after the kit and turn it off when not used. We currently provide around 300 hires a year and only have to charge around 1 – 2% of these hires. Our team are always here to help with any questions.

Awesome Package
£2.20/Phasor Hired
This will cover you for the whole package including chargers, medic boxes etc.
- Damages to the cases
- Wires damage
- Sensor damage
- Medic box damage
- Lost key or keys
- Lost booklets
- Lost information pack
- Damage to the boxes
- Lost flags
- Scope damages
- Muzzle Damage
- Speaker damage
- Broken Charger
- Batteries/phasors being left on
- Lost or non returned Phasors/ laser tag equipment or any equipment not returned. Not including key, booklets or information packs
- Water damage due to being left outside
- Public Liability, injury
- If the boxes are not packed away correctly or the return form is not complete.

Ultimate Package

Inflatables
£4.80/Inflatable
This will cover you for the whole package including chargers, medic boxes etc.
- Covers accidental damage to inflatable
- Damaged pumps
- Lost or broken role or pegs
- Speaker damage
- Broken Charger
- Lost or missing inflatable or pump
- Water damage to pump
- Public Liability, injury
- If the boxes are not packed away correctly or the return form is not complete.

Cancellation Insurance
If you are worried about suddenly needing to cancel your Laser Tag hire, we can provide insurance for peace of mind.
When you pay your deposit or book online you can buy insurance * (only within 24 hours of paying your order or deposit).
This then covers you for a full refund minus the insurance fee of £75 for hires up to £1000. Hires up to £2000 are £150, hires up to £3000 are £225.
You can cancel anytime up to 72 hours before your hire date you then receive a full refund within 5 working days.
If the equipment has already left us and with the courier then you will be charged the courier fees.
Please remember you can not purchase this after 24 hours of paying the deposit or booking.
*If your booking is on a Saturday then we normally ship your kit on the Tuesday/ Wednesday. If you then tell us on the Tuesday by midnight then we can provide a full refund if the kit has not left us yet.
